Test Automation

Introduction:
During video game stress testing or GPU hardware stress testing, often it requires to capture screenshot or movie automatically and continuously for long duration; the captured screenshot or movie will be used to verify game rendering quality etc.

D3DGear screenshot and video capture functionality can be utilized in above testing procedure to achieve test automation. D3DGear Test Automation Kit (TAK) provides screenshot capture and movie recording function via command line interfae (CLI); developer can use this CLI to easily and periodically capture screenshot or movie from target video game, and save them to storage. This will help automatically and programmatically stress test video game or GPU, hence increase testing production and efficiency.
